Returns

As per the sole discretion of Shah Trade Corporation, we may accept returns if one/many of the below conditions are met

Item not matching as per part number (preceded or superseded numbers are considered the same). In case of a mismatch between part number and item description, part number gets precedence.

Item brand is not as per ordered

Item is used unless explicitly stated in the product offer

Item is damaged (other than damage in transit)

Refunds

As per the sole discretion of Shah Trade Corporation, we may offer refunds / Credit Notes for alternate purchases when a product and returned if passes all return quality checks. Customer must bear the bank fee / alternate costs / taxes in regards to processing this refund. Refunds usually takes 2-3 weeks to proceed from date of goods receipt

Shipping

Customer is responsible for paying for own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
